What leaves my device?
Your choice. When you choose cloud processing, your recording is sent to the providers named in our Privacy Policy for the most accurate results. Prefer to keep it local? Switch on “This device only” and transcription, speaker labels, and auto-fill run in your browser — nothing is sent out to be processed. Record backup is a separate setting under Devices, Sync & Backup.
Do you sell my data or train AI on it?
No. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use your records to train AI models. Your content is used only to provide the features you turn on, as the Privacy Policy describes.
How is my account protected?
Sign in with Google, Microsoft, or an emailed code. You can see every device that’s signed in and sign any of them out, and your plan sets how many can be signed in at once — so a shared or lost login is easy to shut off.
Can I take my data out, or remove it?
Yes. Export your records at any time, and deleting your account removes your account-linked content from Verbiform. The Privacy Policy covers what each provider retains and for how long.
