How do I share a finished document?
Send a read-only link the recipient can open with no account, or export the PDF and share it however you like. Sharing is always your action — nothing sends itself.
What happens to a signature if the record changes?
The signature is set aside. A signature is tied to a fingerprint of exactly what was on the record when it was signed; if the content changes afterward, Verbiform sets the signature aside rather than show it over words that were never signed — and the same check runs when you export the document and when a customer signs off through the portal.
Is Verbiform a compliance or certification system?
No, and we won’t claim otherwise. It’s a documentation tool — not a regulated-records, compliance, or certified e-signature system. AI can still get a value wrong, which is why filled fields cite their source and uncertain ones are flagged before you rely on them.
Does anything happen automatically?
No. Verbiform drafts and organizes; you decide what is saved, signed, shared, or sent. Nothing is finalized or delivered without you.
