Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel any Verbiform subscription — Basic, Pro or Team — at any time from the billing portal in the app (Account → Plan & billing). Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account returns to the free tier.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that payment. After that window, subscription charges for a period already started are generally non-refundable, but we look at reasonable requests case by case — a duplicate charge or a clear billing error is always put right.

Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund, cooling-off, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

How to request a refund

Email support@verbiform.com from the address on your account with the date and amount of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within a few business days depending on your bank.

Deleting your account

Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. To delete your account, use Delete account under Settings → Account & cloud sync. Deleting your account removes your account-linked content from Verbiform’s active systems and cancels any active subscription. Copies in routine backups expire on their rotation schedule, Stripe and other providers keep their own records, and some information may be retained where the law requires.
